Charisse Pempengco, Filipina singer to guest on Oprah in May this year is an ABS-CBN discovery. Charisse Pempengco won the Little Big Star contest of ABS-CBN some time ago. Charisse Pempengco was also a guest on The Ellen Degeneres show before.

This is definitely a big break for Charisse Pempengco to be on Oprah. Oprah will not regret having Charisse Pempengco in her show.
