Earlier tonight on American Idol April 22, 2009 results show, final 7 performed as a group singing the disco song Shake Your Body by Michael. The King of Pop provides a variety of dance music. American Idol April 22, 2009 results night introduction performance by top 7 was choreographed by Idol judge, Paula Abdul. I wish I could have seen Paula sing I dance, too. It was great!!!
