Congratulations to all the winners of Miss Earth-Philippines especially to my fellow Cebuano who had the spotlight of the evening! Another reason for us to be proud as Cebuanos for you will be bringing the Philippine flag into the international arena soon (win or loose, it’s ok). Indeed, Cebu has become a world-class haven in all material respects.
