How come Miss North Carolina garnered the highest score? Kristen Dalton (Miss North Carolina) did look good on her swimwear. But Miss North Carolina Kristen Dalton couldn’t carry a finesse walk with her swimwear on stage. Kristen Dalton Miss USA 2009 winner wasn’t even able to project properly and even gave an awkward pose. Unlike Miss California who was graceful enough despite the upbeat music.
