Aside from Miss USA 2009 Top 10, there were also two Miss USA 2009 candidates who received special awards. These two Miss USA 2009 special awards chose Miss Photogenic and Miss Congeniality. The special award of Miss Congeniality was won by Miss Wyoming Cynthia Pate. While Miss Photogenic was taken by Miss West Virginia Jessi Pierson. Miss West Virginia USA 2009 Jessi Pierson was indeed really cute and glamorous on her photos especially on the black and white. Miss Photogenic Jessi Pierson of Miss USA 2009 was very elegant and pulled off that classic look with such hair style. I do salute the photographer for making not only Miss Photogenic Jessi Pierson but also all the girls look fabulous on those black and white photos. Of course, we should also thank those who did the Jessi Pierson’s hair and make up. Let’s not forget to acknowledge the ones who chose the wardrobe for these girls, too.
