Richard Gutierrez, Heart Evangelista and Rhian Ramos in Codename: Asero

Codename: Asero packs another wonderful cast led by Richard Gutierrez, Heart Evangelista and Rhian Ramos. The show will be aired on GMA 7 on Monday, July 14, 2008. Codename: Asero will replace Joaquin Bordado which just ended tonight (Friday). Codename: Asero is another Carlo J. Caparas creation.

As for Rhian Ramos, she will play the character Claire Morales in the new GMA-7 series. According to the Philippine Entertainment portal, “Gagawin daw lahat ng character ni Rhian, maangkin lang si Grecko, a.k.a. Codename: Asero, played by Richard Gutierrez.”

With Codename: Asero and her own primetime series La Lola (opposite JC de Vera) going on, siguradong may mga isyung nepotism and favoritism na ibabato kay Rhian. Tinanong ng PEP (Philippine Entertainment Portal) kung paano nga ba niya haharapin ang mga ito.

“Well, actually po, noong kakatapos kong mag-Lupin… shucks, ang tagal kong walang trabaho! Mga three months parang wala akong ginagawa. Naisip ko, ah, baka rest period muna. Mag-i-school muna ‘ko. Pero parang… ‘Waaah, ano ang nangyari sa akin? Kinalimutan na ‘ko?’

“Pero out of nowhere, bigla na lang nila akong ginulat with My Only Love. After that, they we’re so faithful, giving me blessings.”

Watch out for this new TV show that is surely going to be a good entertainment for you and your family. I know because I enjoyed the comics version of this show when I was young. It’s action-packed with a shade of romance. I saw the preview of this show and I really like Heart Evangelista’s look and new image.
