American Idol Season 8 is really getting hotter! This week’s theme is Rock and Roll and the show invited Slash (Guns n Roses, Velvet Revolver). It’s somewhat interesting that American Idol 2009 chose Slash to serve as Idol mentor. Just like when they took Quentin Tarantino for the movie week. Okay, let’s go back on the show performances. This week, American Idol Top 4 of Season 8 gave individual and duet performances. Adam Lambert and Allison Iraheta teamed up together and sung Slow Ride by Foghat. Adam Lambert and Allison Iraheta has that rock star image ever since. Adam Lambert most often come out with those eyeliners. While Allison Iraheta has that natural rock and roll swagger in her. Adam and Allison’s tandem worked well (better that Kris and Danny’s). Adam and Allison chose to sing Slow Ride by Foghat. They had an advantage as this was their line of music.
